If a disagreement arises regarding our services, billing, or deliverables, here's our process:

    Review

    We'll review your concern and respond within 2 business days.

    Resolution

    We'll work with you directly to reach a fair resolution, which may include revised deliverables, a partial credit, or a full refund depending on the circumstances, consistent with the terms agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

    Escalation

    If a resolution can't be reached directly, disputes are handled under the governing law stated in our Terms of Service (State of Florida).
